One of my favourite breakfast meals is to have hashbrown and tomatoes with cheese on top. Basically, cut the tomatoes in half, put olive oil, salt and pepper on the top of the cut halves and put them in the oven with the hashbrowns. Take them out after like 10 minutes, put some cheese on there, chuck 'em back til it melts and voilà - deliciousness. Protip - try to get some hashbrown and tomato with each bite; absolute Flavourtown

I've really worked hard at trying to enjoy Amiel's presentation style but it's so try hard I can't deal with it. It's like Babish but without that silk underpants voice and just a dash of desperation added in. Amiel is so much more likeable candid and off-script than in these overproduced voiceover segments. Just my two cents.
